Terms & Conditions
GENERAL RULES:
- A) Normal Stage with simple lights and sound will be provided for the performance. For any extra light one needs to contact the theater authority .
- B) Accompanist will not be provided by ABSS.
- C) The participating Group or Individual should do the reporting as the schedule time .
- D) As per the given date & time the performers have to stage their performance. However the organizers reserves the right to change the date & time or cancel the entry.
- E) The Entry form should be neatly & clearly filled by the artists & sent along with the Entry Fee accompanied by all required documents to Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh through mail.(abssnats2024@gmail.com)
- F) Without the entry fee the entry form will not be accepted.You have send the scan receipt of the transactions through mail immediately
- G) The entry fee is not refundable in any circumstances.
- H) The decision of the judges will be final & binding on all participating groups & individuals.
- I) All other expenses ie. the cost of the production of play, traveling, incidents & lodging & boarding will be borne by the participants itself.
- J) The lodging & boarding facility will be available to the artist as per request.
- K) In view of maintaining Strict Decorum, Decency & Discipline-all sorts of drinks, taking drugs or toxicant are compulsory prohibited both in Auditorium & Accommodation areas.
- L) All the disputes are subjected to Pune Jurisdiction.
- M) The Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject the entry any time without assigning any reason & undisciplined team will not be considered for any awards and no protest in this regard will be accepted.
- N) The decision of the General Secretary regarding all competition & programmes will be final & binding on all participants.
- O) Each participating team will be given Memento as an Appreciation Award & each member of the team /Individual working on the stage will be given Talent Certificate.
- P) All the details:- Reporting Letter with timings, Venue & Date will be confirmed to you by mail. So the Email Id should be correct.
- Q) All the recordings on the Mp3 format is must. For any problem created with the Cd’s /DVD’s/USB will result in “No Show”.
- R) Each & Every team & Artists are suppose to be present at the Prize Distribution Ceremony. Not a single Prize will be given after the Prize Distribution Ceremony. It’s serious and take this into consideration.
- S) The Entry should reach on or before the last date 31st March 2024. No Entry will be taken after the last date or on the spot.
- T) If there is failure of electricity/aircondition, the Organizer is not responsible.This is matter of the theatre authority.
- U) Your performance should be followed by all the safety rules ,if any accident happens organizer is not responsible.
- V) If you are suffering from any health problem kindly please inform the organizer .We advice that in this case better not to do the performance without the doctor’s permission.
- W) If any pandemic like situation occurs, event will be carried out as per Government rules & regulations applicable at that time. Any natural calamities or any situation beyond our control Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh can reschedule or cancel the event. In such case no refund of any fees paid to Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh nor any kind of compensation will be paid by Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh. In such case Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh has full right to curtail this event or organize online, offline or any suitable way Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh decides. This decision will be final and bound to everyone participating in the event.
- 1) No special effects , thermocol balls, smoke, sharp knives, etc are allowed.
- 2) Props hanging from the ceiling will not be allowed.
- 3) Each team/Individual is suppose to clear the stage after the performance.
- 4) Safety Code- Glass bangles, colors ,light ,fire or any hazards things are strictly prohibited.
- 5) Follow the reporting time & schedule for the dressing room so that every team will have chance to get ready.
